Our February 24 Tractor Tuesday auction looks to be our strongest lineup to date. From late model combines with low hours to high horsepower track tractors, premium hay equipment, and well-kept tillage tools, this sale offers something for nearly every operation. Most of the machinery is from GHS Implement, but we also have select private sellers in this auction.
Here’s Machinery Pete highlighting some the pieces he will be watching.
Let’s walk through the whole lineup, starting with the headliners.
Combines Lead the Sale
The combine category is stacked with premium red and green machines that represent serious harvesting capacity.
At the top of the list is a 2024 John Deere S760 with only 145 separator hours. Extended wear and precision features make this a near new machine ready to go straight to the field.
Case IH is heavily represented with multiple 8250s and other flagship models:
• 2022 Case IH 8250 with 341 engine hours and 283 separator hours
• 2019 Case IH 8250 with 728 engine hours and 554 separator hours
• 2013 Case IH 6130 with 4,413 engine hours and 3,762 separator hours
• 2010 Case IH 7120 with 3,281 engine hours and 2,490 separator hours
These machines cover a wide range of budgets and acres. Whether you are looking for low-hour late model capacity or a solid, proven unit with life left in it, this group delivers options.
Completing the harvest lineup is a 2012 Case IH 2162 35 foot flex draper. One owner and reported to be in good condition, this header pairs well with the Case IH combines in the sale.
Red and Green Tractors
If you need serious tractor power, this tractor lineup does not disappoint.
A 2021 Case IH Magnum 340 AFS Connect Rowtrac with 24 inch tracks and 1,699 hours headlines the category. This is a premium, high-horsepower track machine built for large planters and heavy tillage.
Also selling is a 2015 John Deere 6150R with Deluxe Cab, IVT, and a grapple bucket, showing 4,438 hours. This is a versatile chore and loader tractor that can handle daily work on livestock or mixed operations.
An Outstanding Sprayer
A 1 Owner 2013 Miller Nitro 5275 with an engine warranty and only 888 hours stands out for those needing a high-clearance sprayer option with added peace of mind. It’s never had fertilizer run through it, so it’s a very clean machine.
Hay and Forage Equipment
For livestock producers and hay operators, there is strong representation in this sale.
Two Vermeer balers are featured:
• 2023 Vermeer 605N with 3,495 bales and LED maintenance lights
• 2012 Vermeer 605SM with 6,918 bales
Both units offer proven round baler performance and are ready for the upcoming hay season.
Planting and Application Equipment
Planters and nutrient equipment are always closely watched this time of year, and this auction includes a 12R30 Case IH DMI 5310 NH3 bar with mole knife and closing package. For operators still finalizing spring plans, this is a timely opportunity.
Tillage and Soil Management
The tillage category includes two solid pieces:
• 2013 Kuhn Krause Dominator, used sparingly and reported in great condition
• 1997 Case IH 3950 with 21 inch diameter remaining on blades and stored for nine years
These tools offer options for both heavy-residue management and traditional field finishing.
A Cross-Section of Agriculture
What makes this February 24 sale special is the balance. Late-model combines, a track tractor, and a sprayer anchor the top end. Proven mid-range machines offer strong value. Hay, tillage, and application equipment round out the lineup for diversified operations.
As always, everything sells to the highest bidder. Bidding is already underway, and closing times for each lot are published on the listing pages. Be sure to review details, photos, and videos ahead of auction day.
If you are planning to upgrade before spring fieldwork begins, this is an auction you do not want to miss.
